Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Assist World affiliate program. By applying to the program or using a partner link, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: January 23, 2026 Program platform: Post Affiliate Pro
1. Eligibility

To participate, you must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information in your application.

We may accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, including for compliance, brand safety, or quality reasons.

You are participating as an independent partner. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship.
2. Enrollment and partner account

You will be provided access to a partner dashboard where your tracking information and reporting are displayed. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You agree that the information you submit is true, complete, and up to date. If your payout details change, you must update them promptly.

3. Promotion rules and compliance

You may promote Assist World using your unique partner link in content, communities, newsletters, websites, or paid media, provided you comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

  • Required disclosures: You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in a way that is easy to notice and understand. Follow FTC guidelines and any local disclosure laws that apply to you.
  • No misleading claims: Do not make false, exaggerated, or unverified claims about pricing, guarantees, results, earnings, hiring outcomes, or service capabilities.
  • No impersonation: Do not present yourself as Assist World, as an employee, or as an authorized representative beyond being an affiliate partner.
  • No spam: Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, scrape contacts, or use deceptive outreach tactics. You are responsible for your email, SMS, and outreach compliance including CAN SPAM and similar laws.
You are responsible for your marketing practices, messaging, targeting, data collection, and consent. We do not approve or control how you promote the program unless we explicitly do so in writing.
4. Leads, traffic sources, and partner responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you attract and generate traffic and leads, including your channels, ad accounts, landing pages, creatives, targeting choices, and audience claims.

We are not responsible for your lead costs, ad performance, audience quality, or any outcomes related to your marketing efforts, including platform restrictions, account bans, deliverability issues, or compliance actions taken against you by third parties.

  • Prohibited sources: No incentivized traffic, click farms, bots, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or any deceptive tracking manipulation.
  • Restricted industries: Do not promote in a way that violates platform policies or targets restricted categories unlawfully.
  • Privacy compliance: If you collect personal data, you must obtain consent where required and comply with privacy laws that apply to you.
You understand that we may reject leads and commissions that appear fraudulent, non compliant, manipulated, or inconsistent with legitimate referral activity, as reflected in the partner dashboard and our internal review.
5. Tracking and attribution

Tracking is handled through Post Affiliate Pro and depends on cookies, device settings, browser behavior, and user actions. You acknowledge that tracking is not perfect and may be impacted by ad blockers, privacy settings, or technical limitations.

Referral credit is determined by the partner dashboard and the program rules configured in the platform. We reserve the right to investigate discrepancies and make final determinations if there is suspected abuse or technical anomalies.

6. Commissions and qualification

Commissions are earned for eligible referrals in accordance with the commission structure displayed in the program materials and your partner dashboard.

Commission eligibility is tied to a legitimate referral relationship and a verified client relationship established through our normal sales and onboarding processes.

  • No self referrals: You may not refer yourself or an entity you control.
  • No internal transfers: If we determine a referral is not genuinely attributable to your promotional efforts, it may be deemed ineligible.
  • Adjustments: We may adjust commissions for refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, non payment, fraud, or policy violations as reflected in the dashboard.
We do not guarantee any minimum earnings, conversion rates, or retention outcomes. Your results depend on your audience, positioning, and market conditions.
7. Payouts

Payout schedules and methods are handled through the program setup. You are responsible for providing correct payout details and any tax information required.

If a payout fails due to incorrect details, account limitations, compliance holds, or third party payment issues, you must update your details and request assistance. We may reprocess eligible payouts after verification.

You are responsible for taxes, reporting, and any fees charged by payment processors or banks.
8. Fraud, abuse, and compliance review

We maintain a zero tolerance policy for fraud and abuse. If we suspect manipulation, misrepresentation, prohibited traffic sources, or policy violations, we may investigate and take action.

  • We may withhold or reverse commissions associated with suspicious activity.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately.
  • We may require additional verification or documentation.
Our determinations may rely on the partner dashboard logs, internal data, and reasonable indicators of abuse.
9. Termination

You may stop participating at any time by ceasing promotion and requesting account closure. We may terminate your participation at any time, with or without notice, including for compliance or brand safety reasons.

Upon termination, you must stop using our brand assets and partner link. Any remaining eligible commissions may be paid according to the program rules, subject to review, adjustments, and compliance checks.

10. Brand assets, trademarks, and IP

Assist World retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, brand materials, website content, and proprietary assets. You may only use approved brand assets provided by us and only for promoting the program in compliance with these terms.

  • No trademark bidding: Do not bid on our brand name or trademark terms in paid search or ads.
  • No confusing domains: Do not register domains or handles that include or imitate our brand.
  • No logo usage without permission: Unless we provide specific permission, do not use our logos in paid ads or in a way that implies official endorsement.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The program and all related materials are provided on an as is and as available basis. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assist World will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your participation.

Our total liability for any claim related to the program will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Assist World and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your marketing, messaging, or promotional practices.
  • Your breach of these terms or applicable laws.
  • Your use of third party content, data, or platforms.
  • Any allegation that your ads, creatives, or outreach violated rights or regulations.
13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Assist World is organized, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the venue specified by Assist World, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

14. Changes to the terms
