How long does an EA search take?
After a short discovery call, we match you with a qualified assistant based on your needs. Most clients are introduced to candidates within 24 to 48 hours and begin onboarding shortly after.
What does it cost?
Fees depend on the seniority and complexity of the role. What’s constant: you pay nothing until we place someone, and every placement is covered by a rebate period. We’ll give you exact numbers on the discovery call.

What if the hire doesn't work out?
Every placement comes with a rebate period. If your hire leaves within it, you get a portion of the fee back on agreed terms. Your account manager also stays in contact through onboarding specifically to catch issues early, which is why rebates are rare.
Can you also support hybrid or remote setups?
Our focus here is permanent on-site and in-person support. If your need is remote or flexible, our virtual assistant service is usually the better fit, and we’ll tell you that honestly on the call.
